Welcome to our condo! We’re delighted to host you and want to ensure you have a comfortable, stress-free stay. To help keep the space in great condition for future guests, we’ve outlined a few important guidelines. Your attention to these details is greatly appreciated. If you have any questions during your stay, please don’t hesitate to reach out!

House Rules and Expectations

  • No Smoking: The condo does not permit smoking. A $250 additional cleaning fee will be charged for smoke remediation post departure.

  • No Bikes Inside: The condo does not permit bikes inside the residence. A $50 fee will be charged for any bikes brought into the unit. Bikes can be stored on the bike racks out front or on front porches, if on ground level.

  • Occupancy Limits: Each condo has legal safety occupancy limit based off your reservation. Attempt to exceed this limit, will result in evicted without refund.

  • Parking: Parking is provided in front of the condo, no passes required.

  • Pet Policy: Pets are not allowed unless previously stated in your reservation. All damage from pets is the result of the renter and will be billed accordingly post departure.

  • Wi-Fi: Wi-Fi is provided for your convenience. The passcode is on the router on the wall.

  • Kitchen Use: All dishes need to be washed and/or left running in the dishwasher upon departure.

  • Doors & Windows: Please close and lock all doors and windows upon departure.

  • Blinds: Please lower all blinds upon departure.

  • Thermostats: This unit does not have air conditioning, only baseboard heat. During the warmer months, close the blinds, open the windows and turn on the ceiling fans during the day. During the cooler months, please allow time for the baseboard heaters to heat the condo. Before checking out, set the thermostat to 60°F to help prevent pipes from freezing in cold weather.

  • Trash: Take all trash and recyclables to the designated disposal area upon departure.

  • Firewood: Firewood is provided in the shed in the parking lot. If it is locked, there is a key hanging in the kitchen.

  • Fireplace Safety: Ensure that all fires are completely extinguished before leaving or going to bed.

  • Bedding: Bunkbed rooms will have linens folded on each bed. Guests will be responsible for making their bed. Upon departure, please strip all used bedding and leave it on the bed to help our cleaners. Please leave the mattress and pillow protectors on the bed.

  • Towels: Please strip all towels and leave it on the floor to help our cleaners.

  • Locked Cabinets: Certain cabinets contain personal or maintenance items. Do not attempt to open locked cabinets—any damage to cabinets or locks will result in a charge.

  • Noise and Community Courtesy: Please respect quiet hours from 11PM to 7 AM and be mindful of neighbors.

  • Damages or Maintenance Issues: Report any damages or maintenance needs immediately to avoid further issues.​
